Goldsmith and Freudenthal Elyon Declan Lorne VanWilliams Jon Charles Van Williams Shava Rey CONFIRMED: Elyon Declan steals money including under false pretenses of refundable fees - Multiple victims Naples Florida

WARNING: Posting to confirm that I am a victim that has first hand knowledge of being ripped off by Elyon Declan who also goes by Lorne VanWilliams. He suppposedly resides in Naples, Florida. He apparently changed his name in California from Lorne VanWilliams to Elyon Declan because it stands for him being self-exalted by definition of exalting himself. Seems pretty egotistical matching my experince with him. We simply engaged Declan to provide us funding for our business project. He told us he would bring us 2 to 3 tenable offers within sixty day or our money would be refunded back to us. In fact, he literallyt told us he already had people on standby in queue that expressed interest in funding our business project. We had no offers (zero) in sixty days and could barely reach him for a phone call once we paid him the refundable fee. He was gone. Classic conman. Had to chase him, and chase him, and chase him for a reponse. Our whole experience with this conman went downhill the minute he received our refundable fee. Then he refused to return it back to us once we simply and professionally requested its return. In fact he went rogue and demonstrated a very unnecessary unprofessional behavior whereby he was hateful and threatening. Unfortunately there are confirmed multiple victims that have been slowly coming together because he cannot hide the light of the truth of who he really is, his true mischievous character. The dollar amount of stolen money has crossed into the hundreds upon hundreds upon hundreds of thousands of dollars and is possibly heading into the millions of dollars stolen by Elyon Declan based on the updates I recently received. So please be wise and avoid giving this scammer conman any of your hard earned money. He has personally demonstrated to me and others that he leads a life and legacy of dishonor and does not have the legitimate resources for successfully providing anyone with business project funding. Hopefully local authorities have taken an interest in pursuing him and seeing that justice is served for the good people he stole money from over the years.
