goodyear auto service center quadruple price hike on parts, 28.99 percent intrest on credit card, taking advantage of innocent woman who dont know how much parts are actually worth west seneca New York

 my sister just got home from an oil change that ended up costing 530 dollars. she was informed she needed new tie rods cause hers wouldnt make it out of the parking lot. i called around and looked online, tie rod ends from car parts .com are 21.oo dollars give or take the most expensive at 47.00, at Napa where the company Goddyear auto service gets thier parts, they cost 75.00, she was charged 135.00 a piece at 183.75 to insatll each,

she was also told she would get a free alignment which cost 84.95, then when she told them she didnt have the money to afford all the work they offer a credit card 0 percent for 6 months,, after 6 months its 28.99 percent intrest,there is no manager in house when i went to complain at the obsurdity of a 530.05 dollar bill when all she needed was an oil change.

she was taken addvantage of i dont know what else to call it, ive heard of this kind of thing before, woman especially who dont know or are too trusting of people, im disgusted that any company could or can raise the price of a part almost double, id like to add kwik lube does the same kind of bs when ever they can get away with it, prey on the helpless and fill thier head with danger if problem isnt addressed, please help stop this!!!!
