Do not sell to this guy on eBay. He is a scammer. He will purchase high dollar items and then claim he got an empty box and be refunded by eBay. goku-7811
Purchased an Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max - 512GB - Midnight Green from our store on eBay using the eBay buyer ID goku-7811 for $2098.00. He immediately requested that it be sent declared at a lower value so that he wouldn't have to pay so much on import to India. We told him that could be done but that he would be responsible for it clearing customs.
We sent the iPhone:

via FedEx International priority.
Was activated the day after delivery Feb 19, 2020 ruling out any foul play in transit as he claims.
He allowed it to sit in customs for 1 month before providing them with the information they needed to release it to him for delivery. Then proceeded to say this:
"I open the parcel box in front of the courier boy & We both are Shocked there is no apple iPhone 11 Pro Max 512 GB in side the box empty & the Box was filled with bunch . My heart is broken, I feel very sad today and I am angry too, my apple iPhone 11 Pro Max 512 GB is lost & I lost my money. I went to my local courier Office and Police Station too & I file a legal Complaint in Police Station against this issue. I humbly request you to kindly look into this matter seriously & kindly refund my money back as soon as you can. Anticipating for your prompt & favorable response soon. Gopal Kumar ?" goku-7811
1. Who opens their packages in front of the delivery driver?
2. Why would he sign for a package that had no weight, was empty?
3. Why would the FedEx tracking show it weighed exactly 1.6 lbs (the weight of an iphone). if it was sent empty?
