 The shop took my deposit and made a contract for my appointment with one of their artists. I came in on the scheduled day, and the artist was not there. They would not give me his phone number and one tried to persuade me into getting a tattoo from them when they did not have a portfolio, and another artist had a portfolio of poor craftsmanship where the tattoos looked like the customers had been infected. I asked for my deposit back since their artist was nowhere to be found but they told me no refunds under any circumstances. They took down my number and said they would let me know when the guy would return. It has been almost 2 weeks and their phone all of a sudden doesn't work. I want my money back and I do not trust that a discount will make up for it due to the fact the work may look sloppy.
