Governor's Insurance Agency- Robert Thompson Bob Thompson DEFAULT ON PAYMENT FOR COMMERCIAL BROKER SERVICES Vienna OH

Pursuant to the agreements signed 2/19/2021 (Govenors) and 4/11/2021 (WV Tire Disposal), Remelo Capital Funding, LLC attempted to collect the fees on the SBA filings for the EIDL Loans stipulated therein. Recently, we were notified by QuickBooks that Robert Thompson stopped payment on the funds. These actions lead us to believe that Robert Thompson was purposedly breaching his obligation under the terms of the agreements outlined above.  

The agreements state "Remelo Capital Funding would analyze my financials and obtain pre-approval EIDL Loan Estimate or an EIDL loan adjustment estimate up to $500,000. I( Robert Thompson) will pay the $3,500 due diligence fee at commencement of this agreement. I( Robert Thompson) will then pay the 10% of Gross Loan closing fee at loan closing." Both loans totalled $1MM. Both Loans funded and Robert Thompson has refused to pay us, nor is he willing to have ammicable solutions for all parties.
