First although they advertised a price of $39.95 they charged me $59.95. While they pretend to quickly do what I cannot, they took 4 days to mail out an application I could have downloaded from the official Ohio site instantly for $0. All I got was an application to send to Ohio for 59.95. Completely disgusted with this organnization.

The end result was delaying my application for a birth certificate for days. This company does not provide a value added service.
