I don't even know where to begin with this joke of a place. First of all the establishment is run down, and if you want a loud ghetto sketchy place GO HERE! These guys are very unprofessional! I met with a Victor and Mike Jenkins. They told me they could get some prints done for me to my small business and gave me a quote, then charged my card the wrong amount on 3 different occasions. After trying to get them to return my calls, I finally disputed it with my bank. I never heard back from these losers. The office is run down, and they play loud rap music which is irritating when you go in to say the least. Not to mention outside the office is no better. Awful awful! I would really be careful when you deal with these guys, they are FRAUDS!!! Take your business elsewhere TRUST ME!

For one I am NOT the person you are speaking of. I have been in your establishment, but I dont even have any partners, never HAVE! Sorry wrong person but this proves that you guys have problems with ALL your customers, because I am not even the person you are speaking of! Guess it is true how much of a joke you guys are and how many customers are unhappy!

Firstly, where do I begin? Our reputation speaks for itself. We are a professional company with a beautiful location. However, we are in the City of Atlanta. We have never committed fraud or charged a client's card for more than the agreed upon amount, we do not play or even listen to rap music in the office, and our service on reaching out to our clients and following up is great.
Gee (as she prefers to be called) is a client that always has issues with businesses that she works with, and partners that she has. We should have quickly realized the red flag when she walked into the door speaking of her ex-partner as a fraudster/ thief. But we did not. We worked with Gee on numerous occasion and printed professional work for her no matter how much she beat us down on price. Gee would negotiate every penny out of us on every project, and then demand that she gets it now. We did however meet her demands of wanting the fastest product, at the cheapest rate, with the highest quality, lol (which is unheard of in any industry).
We went above and beyond our job description of a normal printing company for our client, even going to her location and hanging signage while suggesting/designing decor for her space. This still only gave this client the understanding that she could negotiate and demand even more.
Gee seemed to be a great person, but she is a tough customer that has impossible demands. Our cc processor (which we have not had a charge back on in 8 years of business) has not received any chargebacks from her as of date. If you cannot adhere to her demands and wants, get ready to be labeled as a liar, thief, and a fraudster. In my opinion, businesses be wary of working with her. It is a disaster waiting to happen that will not even be worth the 50 cents that she is willing to pay.
