Green Dot offers a phone number for refunds by since my card is not a green dot but a PayPal the system do not recognize it and they do not answer the phone, when contacted by email they said they cannot do anything if I don't log into the Green Dot account but if I don't have a free dot card it's is impossible. I have send hundreds of emails and contact support at both companies and explained the situation about no one of them have done nothing to fix the problem , basically they took my money and now they do not want to fix or credit, or refund it. At this time I am sick without any money for medicines or food and Green Dot and PAY PAL are retaining the only money I have and even the fact that I contacted them several time no solution was offered by any one.
