Green tree services , Rapid City insurance fraud charges Green tree services charges additional insurance fees for a year and when get confronted here is their feedback Rapid city South Dakota

Notified green tree services that they been adding insurance payments on monthly basis (360 USD. approx.) for a year  and after one year of payment they regusing to refund the fraudalnt carges ....here is my note below and here is thier responses alsonafter............ the infuriating part is there is no Customer Service access by email , no one to answer you on the telephone and everyone insist on pay or we will report to your credit and threaten to seize the hOme.....

Good afternoon 

I have contacted your good self twice and supplied  evident of the insurance on the property above ( part of the master planned terraces at summerlin) for the period of May 2012 to May 2013 . To this date I have not been credited the over charges your good self imposed 365 USD. on a monthly basis X 12 month without consent and illegally without any approval . 

Twice over past 90 days , I have asked for the refund to take place and to my dismay I have been told today Thursday June  6,2013 at 11:02 AM. By the customer service provider that : 
- there is no claim or complaint notes on file 
- there is no refund been issued since The company GREEN TREE SERVICING DOES NOT HAVE insurance coverage on file for the period mentioned above 
- the customer service young lady supplied me with this email as last reresources lease be kind to advice
