GreenStudent GreenStudent.com GREENSTUDENT TOOK MY MONEY THEN SAID I NEVER PAID THEM! Internet

On June 10, 2013 I sent GreenStudent a payment of $395 for them to start my process of consolidating my Student loans. They told me that the Department of Education will pay off my debt for me to repay. After the first full month I checked my credit at Freescore.com and I saw nothing had changed. After 60 Days in the program I checked my credit again and still nothing has changed. After nearly 60 Days in the program in August 08/22/13 nothing has yet change and mean while they advised me not to pay any of my student debt because they were going to work with everything from there forward.

On 08/22/2013 I contacted Green Student on this matter only to receive an unprofessional response! After calling several different number for 2 hours I finally received the correct number to a man who was laughing on the phone. These guys were very unprofessional and instead of trying to address my issue they gave me a number to contract processing that you cant call or get anywhere on their website at www.greenstudent.com.

The number I received was 888-619-1992...after calling the number, it worked but it wasnt to correct number to address my issue. They gave my another number to GreenStudent processing (877-927-6859) they had my information but then informed me that they never recieved a payment from me and wants me to provide documentation the $395 was taken from my account. I think this run around was taken to far!

I spoke with my bank and they said my account was debited by GreenStudent on June 10th and was easily able to provide me with proof.

I am now waiting on the outcome but I will be wanting my money back and I will NEVER work with Green Student again.
