Grizzly Entertainment Took my $500 and didn't send guitar Citrus Heights , California

I ordered a Takamine guitar from them that cost me $500 and after weeks of waiting no guitar ever arrived. I called and emailed many many times. After a while they sent me an email saying that they couldn't locate a tracking number and that the long delay must be because of the weather but if I wanted, they would process a full refund. That was almost 9 days ago and now, they have stopped answering my emails. I have not been refunded.

It is extremely fishy that all of the posted complaints tell a similar story. If it looks like fraud, it sounds like fraud, it smells like fraud, it probably is fraud.

By the way, Ebay, Paypal and Visa have treated me like a ping pong ball in all of this. Call one only to be bounced to the next and the next and back again.
