GUARDIAN LAW GROUP CALOMENI & ASSOCIATES, LLC CALOMENI & ASSOCIATES, LLC LOAN MOD SCAM Roswell, Georgia

This place is unreal.  I got a letter from them in the mail that said my property was approved for the Obama program and that is was the last attempt they would make to contact me.  I never recall any previous letters from them before in the past but I decided to call anyway.  I talked to a Brian who said they could stop my foreclosure with the trustee's office from my lender by just paying him "today" $1800.00.  He then said he can do two payments of 900.00 when I told him I didn't have $1800.00 upfront.  He was very insistant that I hire them because they were the only modification company in town with a 100% success rate.  I was desperate and decided to pay.  I sent all my documents in to their office and was told that Chrissy Law was my paralegal agent to handle my case.  I called and left numerous messages for Chrissy and him and never got called back.  I then was told by her on the phone that she was out of town for a family emergency and that was the reason she didn't call me back.  I became suspicous because no body else would answer the phone and how come no other agents could pick up the slack and call me back if you were out of town.  I told her I didn't apprciate it and that I needed to know about my foreclosure case.  She assurred me everything was fine and that she would call me in a week to send her more of my pay information after my next payday.  I then called her two weeks later because I hadn't heard from anyone and once again no body answered or called me back.  I got letters in the mail from the lawyers suing me from Bank of America that I would need to call them to work out a deal to stay in the house.   When I called the banks attorneys and told them that Guardian Law Group was handling my case, they said they have no record of that at all and that I should be wearing of a foreclosure rescue scam.  I then called the bank to find out where my loan modificaiton was at and to see what progress had been made.  AGAIN, the bank told me that they have no records of Chrissy Law or Guardian Law Group on file to negotiation my foreclosure.  I was really angry and scared and called Guardian again.  I finally at one point was able to get a secretary on the phone and told her my feelings about her company and the people handling my case.  I said that I was going to take action of no one showed me proof that my case was active and working.  She became mad at me because I was loud on the phone and then she hung up.  Now I was furious at this point.  I called the lawyers who were suing from the bank and begged them for advice.  They told me they are only representing the lender but would contact the bank to work out some kind of modificaiton.   After a couple of days, the lawyers told me that because I didn't have an application to Bank of America within a week before the sale date, that they couldn't help me and were sorry.  I lost the house in foreclosure and am being forced to move.   I have recently filed complaints with the Georgia attorney general and the BBB because I need my money back and companies like this should be shut down.
