H20 Wireless Now h20 Wireless Scam Piedmont Alabama

H20 wireless is a scam.  Customer service typed the wrong sim number in for my husbands phone and now they want us to purchase a new sim card before we can use the phone.  It was their mistake.  I asked to be refunded and they told me the money would be back on my debit card within 5 business days.  After 7 days I called back and they told me the money could not be refunded.   They further stated that they could issue a new airtime pin and it could be used on my phone since I am a h20 wireless customer as well.  When I tried to add the airtime pin it was an invalid pin so I lost $60.00 because of them.  The supervisor refused to speak to me over the phone and they repeatedly placed me on hold over an half hour. Please people, stay clear of H20 wireless.  If their prices sound to good to be true, its because they are.
