Hair Fetish Dolls Stole My Money

I decided to give this company a try, because I have been told that they sell quality hair and does great business. I ordered Ella, a customized brazilian body wave wig which was three bundles, sixteen inches with a left part. A month later after receiving my customized wig, I opened the box and noticed that the hair was weighed down with oil and was curled. I was confused as of why it was curled when it was a body wave unit, and I didn't request it.

Upon inspecting the wig and trying it on, I noticed that the left part and the entire production of the wig was not done properly or presentable to wear. The wig I immediately filed a Paypal claim, however, it was not covered under their protection. The owners defense was that I received what I ordered, and that she had a wrong number, however, she could easily found my email I used to order the hair. I literally gave this company $414 for free.

The company also have reviews on Youtube praising the hair, however, thats not what i received. For a business owner to approve this awful wig and send it to a customer is sad and shows the character of the individual. I didn't wash the hair until after I was told that I couldn't receive a refund. When I did wash the hair I used Shea Moisture shampoo, the hair dried and showed its TRUE state. There was no body wave at all just a matted mess. Not to mention the hair is  different lengths and looks patchy like hair has been ripped out.

I see why the hair was loaded with oil and was curled to hide how the wig really looked. From someone who doesn't have money to throw in the trash, or play Russian roulette with wig vendors, save your money. There are synthetic wigs for under $20 better than this.
