Hank's Farmer Market Manager Elizabeth R. is Unprofessional San Diego California

Back in April, my elderly mother suffered an injury at this grocery store.  While walking towards the fence entrance, my mother tripped over a cement block that was blocking the walkway(See Photos). Two men needed to help my mother stand up.  My mother limped back to my vehicle, and I took her to the emergency room.  My mother was diagnosed with a broken knee cap, and needed to see an orthopedic specialist.  My mother needed to wear a brace on her leg and use a walker for two months.  After her injury, my mother and I went to file a report at Hank's.  My mother approached the man that is always present in the common area of the store. He dismissed her, telling her there was nothing they could do. I returned inside with my mother.  I told the man my mother needed to file a report.  The man went to get Manager, Elizabeth R..   The man and Elizabeth began trying to dissuade us, get us to accept this, and leave.  The man started acting as a lawyer for the grocery store, and gave scenarios as to how the injury could have occurred.  He was calling my mother a liar, and telling her,  she had no case. What the man needed to do was shut his big mouth, and go back to his taco stand. 

Elizabeth R. started arguing with us and raised her voice at me.  The cashiers were watching.  After Elizabeth had repeated herself for the fifth time, I had had enough.  I told her, "Get to it!"  Elizabeth filled out the Incident Report.  After my mother signed the report, Elizabeth went to make a copy for my mother.  While away,  Elizabeth added to the report, " Son was aggressively talking to me."  My mother asked her to remove this statement.  Elizabeth refused. What part of falsifying a report did Elizabeth not understand? Clearly, Elizabeth was more concerned with her personal feelings than my mothers injury.  Elizabeth R. is a professional victim and a brat.
