Dog breeder "Home Raised Shiba Inu Puppies" claimed they delivered two puppies to Happy Tails Logistics for delivery to my residence. Happy Tails Logistics contacted me and said we had to purchase or rent a Air Conditioned Crate and would only accept Zelle as payment.

After that payment was made they said we had to have a second Air Conditioned Crate at the same price as the first crate. ($945 to purchase and to rent 99% would be refunded on return of the crates). After that payment they said that due to COVID-19 we needed to pay for vaccinations at the price of $1,245.

We stopped at this point because there are no regulation for COVID-19 pet vaccinations. Our attempts to contact Happy Tails have failed. I am quite certain that Happy Tails Logistics and the breeder are working together on this scam. I am going to file a report on the breeder also.
