Hard Rock Cafe Winnie Hong Kong Manager Left Bag with Undisclosed Items. Came back to have manger say "you mean the white bag with the shampoo. . . we haven't seen it"

The manager, Winnie, was never privy to the contents of the bag. Only she says to me when I returned " the white bag with the shampoo, let me ask my staff . . . sorry you must have left it on the train".  The only way she knew the bag had shampoo, was looking.

I am out $1,000 HKD and I had the only pair of prescription glasses in that bag. (It was sunny, I was wearing my precription sun glasses.) Now, I'm out my products and my glasses. I called Winnie, she says I told her that I had a $1,000 worth of products in the bag when I was at the resturant.

She got that number from the crappy TripAdvisor review. Total ripoof here. Who owns ths piece of sh anyway.
