Was a free trial - $3 - to try out Harry's razors, Feb 27, 2019. Get more shipped "every 3 months". Well it took them a while to ship the trial ones, by the time I got the "free" ones, the regular shipment was due to be shipped out "as they are only 17 days later". So I got charged for a full shipment in March 26 (hey that's not 17 days!), and got both free and paid around the same time, perhaps the same day; was the same week. I could not have canceled before the paid shipment was sent as I hadn't even got the trial ones yet and wanted to check them out.

I went online and canceled. June 28th they tried to charge me they said... credit union did not let it go thru they claimed, at first then let it thru after it was re ran. CU ran it July 3, with overdraft fee. I'm not supposed to be charged an overdraft fee; CU made no sense why they let it go thru, they are supposed to deny debit card trasnactions like this if there is no money, but CU claims it was ran thru as "reoccurring charge" so they allowed it - and it was for my benefit, but I'm too stupid to understand that.

So... I did what I was supposed to do, got screwed out of $15 in March, and now $48.00 (negative balance with overdraft fees) in July. I'm disabled. This is a big deal to me, as I am trying to save to get hot water, and live like a human after buying an abandoned Depression Era "Hoovertown" shack for taxes (there are no regulations on rentals here really, so low income rentals are almost all horrible. Got tired of paying for nothing... wish I had section 8!). I get zero help from the government or anybody else, I just work until I get sick, then I sit in pain and misery often up all night, for a while until I can work again, so I don't earn a lot.

So let's recap - the CU promised me they would not let debits go thru and overdraft me, but they did. Harry's told me they'd give me time to check out the product, and I could cancel, they didn't give me time and ignored my cancellation. But hey everybody is trying to help me I am told - and they took my money in exchange for crap I can't use (the razors, while high quality, act just as every other razor does on my skin, and I can't use them). Funny how that works.
