Hays and Associates Home
On March 8, 2010, I called to check on my case and was asked where have I been. They stated that they had tried to contact me but couldn't reach me. At this time I was informed that my home had been sold on March 2, 2010. All my information is and was the same as the begining of the process. NOTHING has changed. After this particular phone call I have not been able to get in touch with anyone in the office since. I leave messages that are never returned.

Call your mortgage company and see if they sold your home. The other way your home could be sold is if you didn't pay your property taxes so call your county treasurer.
For your home to be sold, you had to be a lot more than 5 months behinds.
Woulda, shoulda, coulda.. you should have given the $2395 to your mortgage company and kept sending them even partial payments every month.
