Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The the service advisors will steal your warranty paperwork if you tell them you have it in the vehicle if something was suppose to be checked of covered. The sales people are not to pushy but, will lie to you telling you safety inspections have been done when they are not. They do fake inspections and will sign off on paper work that the car is safe and it has never been checked before you buy a used car. they sign off on standard safety things and put and mechanics signature on the paperwork. IT IS WORTH TAKING YOUR CAR TO ANOTHER TOYOTA DEALER. do not make the same mistake i did.

Do you have any details? There are very strict laws here in California in regards to process and documentation when it comes to vehicle service and inspections. You should call or send an email, I may be able to help you with some advice for your situation. Fraud and improper servicing is nothing short of putting ones hand into a wallet or purse and pulling out as much as you can.
It is exactly what you have said in your post and my own use in the past of this website to bring awareness to fraud... that gave life to my company named BeAutoWise (no spaces). You can look us up online as well. It is live phone and on location-in person based when it comes to the support part. It's like having a family member in the service business. The fraud protection is in the form of pre-service or pre-purchase inspection and they deal with the shop for you so they can't pull any bs. It's really pretty cool. Best Wishes! -David
