I will not do you all the disservice of listing exactly how many ways that Herman Bullock and his girlfriend/assistant has scammed me. I will warn you, however, that he is very cunning and conniving. He will convince you that he is on your side and, even gain your trust by showing up the first few times that he is booked for a job. After that, it is a roller coaster ride of emotions as you realize that you have been scammed and, conned out of your hard earned money. Do not allow this smooth talking, ripoff to take a cent of your money. He is a liar and a cheat... a man who does not know the value of a honest word. Herman Bullock should not be allowed to own and operate even a lemonade stand. He will tell you there was a legitimate reason as to why he did not show up when in reality, his plan all along was to abscond with your money. Take my advice, run far far away if you see this thief coming. You will get scammed!
