I won a very nice Bob Dylan autograph on EBAY at a very reasonable price far below its real value. I asked the seller to ship it to a US auction company, who also checks autheticity and combines shipments for me.
Suddenly seller returned the paypal payment and wanted to cancel transaction. Obviously he found out how valuable the autograph is. When I insisted on completion of the transaction he informed me that the autograph got damaged. Then he send me a picture showing a small bend. I informed him that I am fully OK with that small bend and still interested to complete the transaction. And I paid again.
2nd payment and also a 3rd one were returned. Seller states that he doesn`t sell damaged things. Despite numerous emails seller is simply not willing to sell/ship the won autograph.
