Heated Details Inc ADRIANNA LOWER THOMAS STEPHENSON Breach of Contract & Non Payment for the Services Seattle WA

Contract has been signed between Heated Details Inc (Client) and Nurturing Technolab LLP (Vendor) for dedicated engagement model contract. Attached the contract copy for you to check the same.

Breach of Contract and Non Payment for the Contract and Services Taken I have been behind the companies and have send numerous messages and email and they have been giving me excuse saying they dont have money and are under crisis.

They are more bigger team whom the payment needs to be done. They have all the data on their server and with faith and trust i never stopped the same. I am owing them almost $33500 since last more than 1.5 years.

His CEO Tommy Stephenson and CFO Adrianna Lowe always gives excuses and never reply to email. Now suddenly when the pressure started building since last 2 months the CEO of Heated Details Inc Tommy Stephenson send me Text message saying their client has sued them and they are going to send us legal notice and bill for the work which we didnt deliver properly, this is all rubbish we delivered all work and everything was accepted by them, during and after the course of work and since last 2 years there was no escalation from Heated Details Inc and now suddenly when the payment was to be made they threaten to us saying they will go legal and send us Invoice for the same this is rubbish and non digestable.

We have been working in the Industry with many clients but have never come across something like this and never heard Agencies with Reputation threatening the Vendors this way as they dont want to make payment. This is really ridiculous and intention of non paying to vendors, this is where ethics comes in picture.

I have checked Tommy Stephenson Linkedin account and he has been opening companies and becoming CTO in Canadaian Company. Also we have enough proof as emails and text message conversation between me and Tommy and her CFO AJ which proves that they did agreed to pay the balance amount but now has changed their minds and putting false allegations.

Tommy never reply back to emails and threaten us saying we shall go legal and AJ CFO will send Invoice. I would like to ask to send me the Legal Notice what their Clients has send to him and would like to read the same and understand the issue. Since there is nothing which has happened and so is the case they dont have any proof and are trying to escape from the fact of making our payment to us. 

Over an above the figure of $33500 there is added interest on penalty and late fee which would be added which i have never informed according to the contract. 1.5% per month for 18 months comes to almost 27% on the balance amount which adds $8000 more, plus the mental agony and harrasment as we have been begging for our own hard earned money.

We waited so long and now it was that Heated Details Inc crossed the limit I had no other alternative then to file a report for the same.
