The manager Kathy Menga and the leasing coordinator Dan Russo at Heights at Wheeler Hill located at 21 Austen Way Marlborough, MA 01752 have not been helpful with ANYTHING. Whether it is the way they left the apartment where it was FILTHY (rags used to clean much of it will be attached to this report) and want 2000 a month to the fact that they can not rectify noise issues at 12 am, 1:30 am, 5 am, 2 am etc is ridiculous. They meaning Kathy and the corporate office which is Greystar have pretty much conveyed to me that they supposedly have spoken to the neighbor in question, and that both stated it was not them. I don't think she even did. Because I can't see any neighbor that if spoken to by management would continue their games, unless of course the manager didn't speak to them or she and dan rented to a crazy individual who thinks this is all a game. They (Kathy Menga) or the corporate office have done zero to rectify anything. Dan Russo said when I aksed if the property was noisy he said no and if it is, I can assure you we rectify things. He lies. Kathy lies. Evidently with video sent to mutliple individual in corporate they have ZERO to say when Im taking videos outside of the apartment in question?
