Heisman Roofing & Construction, LLC Troy Smith Heisman Roofing,  I have determined that Troy with Heisman Roofing is not honest and will not do what he promises. Springfield Tennessee

Hesiman Roofing gave me a bid To remove 2 skylight from my roof and replace them with decking and shingles. He also agree to replace the flashing around my chimeny and install new shingles overthe cricket and around the chimeny.

Furthermore, he agree to replace the boots on two vent pipes fro mthe plumbing and to seal around a metal vent stack for the gas water heater.

Lastly he agreed to completely seal the chimeny brick to make sure the source of the leak in and around the chimney was repaired.

He sent out two men to do the work and, being careful, I ask the men what they were told to do and they responded that they were told to only remove and cover the hole where the sylights were and to place some sealer around the chimney.  They further stated they were not going to install any metal flashing or replace any shingles around the chimney.  They also said they were not replacing any boots around the plumbing vents.  Finally they said they were not going to seal the chimney brick.

I called The office and was told, by Troy, he had no memory of agreeing to anything but removing the skylights and putting some sealer around the chimney.

The next day Troy sends me a very insulting text message tell me hat a horrible person I was.  I suppose he didn't like the fact that someone, like myself, is tired of contractors who are in the business of scaming people who they think cannot defend themselves. 

I am a carpenter by trade and have replaced many roofs.  I am also a cancer survivor who can no longer do any manual labor, due to health.  i suppose Troy wanted to take advantage of my situation

Beware
