Don't be fooled by Hello Mobile's low prices for unlimited internet data at $40 or their $15 plan for 4 GB. Their tech support is located in INDIA and they are useless people who read from a script. When they couldn't solve my problem they just hung up on me.  They'll blame you for all their problems. The basic problem with H.M. is that T-Mobile does not allow them to use frequencies that speed up the connection. If you insert a T-Mobile sim card into the phone the data speed will be normal. You won't be able to use up the data you paid for and QLINK will not give you your money back. 

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY HELLO MOBILE AT ALL COSTS. You are better off with T-Mobile's $15 plan which includes 2.5 GB data and decent tech support. Most likely you'll never need T-Mobile's tech support because their plans work. Hello Mobile is running a scam to lure new customers into their useless service.
