Our agreement was a new domain incorporating all 3000 items from a current web hosting.
Lack of further communication was not alarming since these projects can take several months.

That is when echecks started being charged to my bank account. There was no agreement for a monthly hosting charge and WHERE is the website? Nowhere! No communication in 4 months.
