Hendersons Car Audio & Alarm Intimidating customers to pay for service not completed Costa Mesa

I paid up front for a service at a future appointment date. When I got there. The store manager Henry wanted to flirt and wanted me to show sexual favor towards him. When I did not he refused to complete the prepaid service for which I was charged. Apparently if a customer is female sexual favor is required for Henry to honor the payment for installation of car systems. If a female refuses to provide Henry with the required sexual favor then this business will refuse service, become aggressive through yelling and intimidating and refuse reimbursement. This is both fraud and sexual abuse.
