I bought a new 2004 Grand Am it has been in the shop 30 times since I bought it.I had taken my car to another dealership to have all the other work done but when I called them about my speedodometer not working ,I was told they were busy it would be a few days before they could fix it.

The first time I took my car to Hirlinger Motors my speedometer was bad it was replaced. Then the trouble started! I went out to start my car and it would not start,so I called GMPP service they sent someone to jump start; it started right up with just a boost.I drove it to Hirlinger Motors. They tested the battery and it was fine. They replaced the passlock senser and connector program theft system.

A couple days later I went back out to my car and it would not start again, I got another jump start and drove it back to Hirlinger Motors again. I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours they told me my battery was bad;I told them I already had it checked 3 times before they had tested it and it was fine and I was told it had a draw from somewhere in the system. I had to buy a battery and pay them $25.00 to put it in.

A couple days later my car would not start again so I called GMPP and told them about the problem and they said to take it back too Hirlinger Motors;so I called them and told them my problem they said not to bring my car there they did not want to work on it anymore. I called GMPP back again and told them what Hirlinger told me;GMPP called Hirlinger an then told me not to have the battery jumped again to have it towed to them,I did what I was told to do.As soon as Hirlinger recieved my car they jumped it and called me and told me it was fine.I called GMPP back and told them what Hirlinger did.I was given a rental to use and Hirlinger had my car for over three weeks.

Now I have my car back it still has a draw on the battery I have to go out several times a day to start my car. When I got it back there was a rattle under the dash; they took out the glove box to replace the digital radio reciever. I was checking  out my car futher and found the CB in my car had a knob broke the CB antenna was in the trunk and under the glove box about 10 inches of the dash had been cut off now there is bare metal is exposed. My trunk has a dent in it the bumper has a scratch approx.12in.Hirlinger deines doing any of it.

I have been in conact with GMPP now they are giving me the run around to get my car to another dealership to fix my car; they said they will extend my GMPP warranty, but what good is that I can't take my car anyplace I want;I have to wait until they say so. I have to wait for their call. So here I sit with a car that I have too start everyday and wait!!!!
