Hits4pay Multiple Stream Media, LLC Refuses to answer support requests about receiving ads and marks your ticket solved when they never answer it at all Hurley New York

Martha Merten and Abe Charien own Hits4pay.com and although they may have paid in the past they are nolonger answering support requests but instead of actually solving the support request they just mark it solved and never answer you at all. When we earned close to the cashout amount which is 25.00 they stop sending us ads and therefore makes this an act of fraud since I earned $24:96 and stop receiving ads in January 2017. This is now April 2017 and I login to my account everyday to check for ads but I am also supposed to recieve emails reporting I have ads which I stopped receiving in January as well. I mentioned in a support ticket I stopped receivng ads and have not received any since January but instead of getting my ticket answered, they just delete my ticket so I sent in another ticket and they subsequently deleted that ticket as well which prompted me to open another ticket but upload a screenshot of the fact I sent in 3 tickets but someone was deleting them and not answering them. I have still yet to get any answer to my supprt requests but instead they just mark it solved and never answer the ticket. I am owed 24.96 and since not receiving any ads since January should have had at least one or 2 ads since January. All I wants is what I earned. I appreciate someone getting to the bottom of this fraudulant acts.
