Hogan & Sons, inc Hogan and Sons Scratched wheels during tire mounting Sterling, Virginia

Brought my car in to have tires mounted, and after picking up car noticed that all 4 wheels have scratches on them.  I just hand washed my car the day before and am positive that none of the wheels were scratched prior to having Hogan and Sons work on my car.

Spoke to the manager and he claims that the wheels were scratched already prior to bringing in my car.  He stated that it would be impossible for his machine to scratch the wheels.  He showed me the machine that they use, and I could clearly see exactly how it could create the scratches on my wheels, but he denied it.  Refused to do anything about my wheels that they damaged.

Called the regional manager several times and left voicemails, but got no call back after 2 weeks.  Found email address and sent an email, which also got no reply.  The corporate office won't even give me the courtesy of a call back.
