I was contracted to remove and replace concrete at this location. The contract stated (That he signed in front of his wife) that he would pay for all of the equipment and materials directly. The project took 2 seperate trips.
The owner asks for discount every time and to change the amount owed. He owes me over $9,000. He is a crook and a thief (he stole my ADA stencil). I will Never do business with him or his companies or he will swindle as much money out of you as possible. He is a liar and a thief!
