Home Bridge Financial Services Extremely Illegal Practices, Dishonest,Manipulating,Pure Negligence, accompanied with a Heart that is Cold as Ice! Iselin New Jersey

I was put on a 1 year medical Leave from my job of 12 years as a special education teacher. I was granted one year leave of absence for health restoraion. I was able to keep my health insurance but my pay was placed on hold until I returned back to work. So I had no steady income anymore, eventually with medical visits and daily living expenses I depleted my savings acount. I defaulted on only 2 mortgage payments, not 3 but only 2. Before I was able and willing to make a payment for the past two months, I recieved a letter from Home Bridge notifying me I have to start a loan forebearence application and all of my payments from this point on will be suspended. They even went as far to lock me out of my account online so I was able to catch up at all on payments. They would not allow me to pay not one dollar towards my missed mortgage, which I fully planned on doing so.  

This turned into the most stressful and painful 8 monthsof my life. I filled out close to 17 applications that were sent to me due to missing documents that were either never asked for or were there and they just never took the time out to look at my file. It became so rdundant with what this company was asking for, I would just copy, change date and send back. I would get a letter of complation and 30 day notice of decision. Then, two weeks later another letter of an incomplete application. It never ended, it was to the point I thought this was a cruel joke. Until the 8th month came around and I get a random letter stating they can not help me and my loan and I am going into to preforeclosure. Now I recieve bills close to $19,000 I owe in interest for not paying in eight months. Remember they suspended my payments I could pay a dollar towards my mortgage, and now I am getting letters of random fees I owe them other then interest, such as fire insurance for $2900 for the year and miscellaneousw fees close to $4,000. 

Home Bridge Financial Services went against everything that would be considered "good faith", Home Bridge had no intentions of ever giving me a loan forbearance, they waited 8 months to put me in a black hole that I wouldnt be able to climb out of. They set me up for failure by staling and buying time for fees upon fees to accumulate month after month. This company is in extreme negligence to all of the people they hold loans for. They are a no name, fly by night company, thats preys on the people and and never give them a chance. They had alternative motives from the begining and I am now taking them to federal court. Justice will be served!
