I’m writing on behalf of my friend, who was too upset and scared to write this. Heather Jade Mortensen along with her accomplice husband Andrew Herman Mortensen conned my friend out of money! My friend is a grieving orphan and went to Heather solely out of desperation when she felt out of control in her life. This woman took a lot of money from my friend and never once delivered anything she claimed. She’s made a living off of being an anonymous "spell caster” and lying to others.

She’s been reported to the Alabama police department, FBI, and Ic3.gov. She will rob you then ghost you. I’m warning everyone as this person is dangerous and will ask for personal information from you to share with her other witch craft friends. You may look at my friend as stupid but it’s easy to fall victim when grief takes over and you’re not in a good psychological state due to that. I’m very protective of my friend as she’s been through a lot.

No one who’s vulnerable should go through this—no one! Be warned about Hoodoo Belle on Instagram as she doesn’t care about anyone, only swindling money from them. I encourage anyone to report this woman to the appropriate authorities: ic3.gov, local law enforcement, and the FBI.
