Dan will not feed your horse grain, even though he states he does.  If you look, you will not find any grain on his property.  He feeds cow hay to the horses, which has no nutritional value.   Paddocks and stalls are not cleaned, and if they are, it's because someone complained.  Your horse will get thrush severley. 

He will say your horse has medical issues when it starts to drop weight.  Fences are down all the time....there are nails and holes to step on and into.  He will request money for him to do shots and claim he gets a discount, when in fact, he takes the money and does not even pass it on to the vet, who is supposed to be doing the shots.  Do not do any business with Dan or Kim.  Dan will take your money for his personal use and lie to you about it.

Please please do not board here.  He does not own this property and will claim he does.  The only horses who look okay are the boarders who come in with their own grain.  His horses look okay, too, but if you look at any of the boarders horses, they will be ribby, have poor coats and ill health. I used to defend this man until recently when I found out the truth.  Don't fall victim to this scammer
