Buyer Beware! I am sad to say that I did not do my research before I purchased from Nicole, and now I see that many other people have had the exact same experience that I have.  She was not interested in what type of horse owner or home I was, it was only about the money.

She took the photos and videos of the horse I was interested in from far away so that his harness sores were not visible. she also put a breat collar on him for the same reason.  I could never get photos of him without a saddle from her.  She only sent a headshot when I requested more photos.  Turns out he was a body score of 2 when he arrived!  Every rib was showing, hips are both completely protruding, arthritis and stifle in his hips and back legs and a very large abscess on his shoulder that has been there for many months.  I had my vet come out immediately and the lab culture came back with three strands of infection including strep and staff.  She claims she never noticed it.

When I asked about these observations, she claims she never noticed any of them - well then you have no business working with these horses.  I am skeptical of the vet records being authentic & if I find out they are not, the vet that she uses will have a suspended license after I get through with them.

The transport company we used was great, but when he was unloaded off the trailer I gasped and started crying. I said that he did not look that bad in the photos, and told me that "a lot of people say that".  She lied to me about having this horse for three months.  He was a flip.  I will expose her if it's the last thing I do.  These poor horses need good homes, but she should not be the one making a living from them.  If she wants to hire an attorney for slander - I welcome her to. I have one on standby right now.  This has been going on for TOO long.

Nicole Hilliard Horses Deserve A Second Chance

AUTHOR: Con Artist Supreme!! - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, August 06, 2016

I also purchased a horse from Nicole 3+ years ago and am saddened to see that she is still up to the same lying just to make a buck.  I was sold a "beginner safe" horse, which was anything but 'safe'.  Talking to her only got me more lies and accusations that I just didn't know how to ride the horse.  My trainer was also not able to ride this horse, as he crow-hopped and spooked at every little movement and sound!  There was a group formed on facebook that included 50 or more victims of her lies and motive to only make money hand over fist.  She never offers a different horse or money back.  It is apparent that once she has the money and you have the horse, too bad!!  Not a reputable horse person!  She buys them at an auction on Monday or Tuesday and by Friday, she has the ad up saying she saved the horse and trained them.  No training is involved.  She buys and flips them... it is that simple!  Buyer Beware!
