Hotrod Rodney Burgoyne Canceling auto extended warranty Coloma Michigan

I purchased a extended warranty for my pickup and paid $208 up front.  I had 30 days to cancel the contract with a refund of the $208.  I started trying to cancel after 2 weeks, 14 days.  I would call sit on the phone for over 20 minutes each time.  When I finally got a person to talk to me, I would tell them what I wanted to do, and was transferred.  After being transferred sometimes the phone would be disconnected or after waiting longer than 20 minutes again, it would ask if I would like someone to call me back.

 I went through this process more than 5 times during the week.  No one ever called me back.  I went on line and sent 3 request to have my contract canceled.  It would state that someone was working on it, and would get back to me.  No one called or sent an e-mail. I took out the contract February 10th.  On March 9th the amount of $109.99 was taken from my checking account.

I never gave them authorization to deduct the payment from my account, they took it out because of the debit card I gave them to Pay the $208.  I went to the bank to stop the payment and any further payment.  They still owe me $208 and I would like to have it back.  Plus it cost $30 to stop payment.
