This just happened to me...

I was charged $1.00 for a house lookup service, at least that's what I thought I was being charged.

When I checked my banking card statement I was charged $18.95 March 26, 2019.

I just checked my banking card statement again and I have just been charged another $18.95. as of today April 26, 2019.

There was absolutely no authorization for these charges, other than the $1.00 charge. In fact, I have not even used the service. I have no sign-in nor a password.

I am requesting a refund of $37.90, since no authorization was ever given.

I have NO client number, other than the charges being placed against my bank card.
