Houston Finance Loan Agency Continued to take money out my account after I had paid them off in full Houston Texas

Houston Finance continued to take money out of me and my husband account once we had paid them off in full. They also took money out before the first payment was due which resulted in an overdraft fee from my bank. I told the lady this and she said she would credit my husband account. Which she never did, so that was problem # 1.

Problem # 2, We paid them off on July 2nd in full because they charge ridiculous fees. On July 5th Houston Finance tried to take out a payment from me and my husband account, which then resulted in an overdraft fee for both accounts. I called HF to let them know what happened. The lady told me that they did not try to take money out of our account because we paid them off.

Obviously she was lying because it showed big as day that HF tried to take out a payment. The lady was super rude and she was not going to pay the fee, she blamed it on my bank. So I called my bank and told them what happened. My bank told me that HF did try to take money out and emailed me the transaction. My  bank as a courtesy to me and my husband revered the overdraft fee because they knew all the red tape I was going through. They also blocked HF from our account which will not allow them to take money out.

I called HF to tell the rude lady what happened and she was still like oh well blah blah blah. I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I just did. I encourage everyone and anyone, do not borrow money from them, you will regret it.
