Hubzu is advertising a property hubzu.com. The property is being misrepresented. This property posses a health risk if you walk in to view. This property has had serious water and mold issues. Black mold is throughout the interior of this property. Mold remediation by a licensed company will be required and it will be expensive. Total rehab of this property will run $40k. Beware and know what you are getting into with this property.
