Huffines Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Lewisville Huffines Engine light on, DEF system code, replaced entire system, still pull DEF code with engine light on RAM3500 with 10,000 miles. Now dealership claims sand in fuel wants $27,000. to replace fuel system. Declined that so the ended warranty on new truck. Fuel injection specialist finds no sand. Lewisville Texas

Engine light on, DEF system code, Huffines replaced the entire system on second visit. Still pull DEF code with engine light on RAM3500 with 10,000 miles. Now dealership claims sand in fuel and wants $27,000.00 to replace the entire fuel system. I declined that so they ended the warranty on our new truck. I took it to a fuel injection specialist which finds no sand in the system. We have 61 Ram trucks, 93 total trucks in our fleet. No sand in any truck. Our oldest truck is a 2013.

Huffines has repaired our truck at no charge.

Our new truck, Ram 2500 Tradesman had fuel system issues. After what must have been a misunderstanding/miscommunication between myself and the service writer our Salesman Brian Eriksen and a manager Dan Franklin saw to it that the truck was restored to like new condition at no charge and our warranty is intact.
