I wemt on an ad produced by Hyudai Finance and supplimental ad went to all Hyundai dealers for the promotion in PA

through the October month with a special that caught my eyem when my acr was Hyundai I purchased in 2014 was

totaled in an accidident. This promotion was exactly the same car for 4000 down with the retail sticker prioce of 22500 plus

the normal charge for shipping and the promotion of with all rebaes if qualified of 4750. 2017 Elantra Limited which was what

I owned withouth the ultimate package for 3years $69/ month plus tax first mont up front pussible security deposit

deping on your credit score. I went in to Faulkner which ran this ad along with all other Hyuydai Pa dealers and asked for

this deal. They laughed and said they were out of 2017 elantra limited but could offer me the elantra limited ultimate for a

different price. The packkage di 4240.00 of an increase to the basic limited. It is standard. This had the carpeted mats and

carpeted trunk mat as well mand listed with delivery for 27880.00. Here it comes I offered them 8000 which should have

made my deal 75.00/month if they cheat. But here is their scam. If they do this to every lease they have taken 8% of the

take for themselves illegally. Here is why They quickly had me in confusing state so much so they had me but service plans

10 years at premium of 3000 the same plan I bought from 2014 for 1500. Then told me to take the car home without

insurance. I said no deal and no way. My other was not completely done and this car was not insured but they stiill gave me

the keys and begged to take it home. I instead took the paperwork and Uber. Knowing the consequences of an accident or

geting pulled over. I started to look the lease and came over the first number after stealin 16000 from me. I thought

the law 72 hours upon returning the cancel the deal the law changed on auto the lease starts really on the value of the

auto which 31500. I asked them to explain they it inclluded your extras. I said remove it all of them. They did but the 31500

didn't change that is when finnally got it and went back again. I was to be refunded most of 16000 to 8000 or there about

but my monthly was at 125/month for 36 month 10000 miles a year payoff 14000. Something was not right and it was

to see. They taxed the leases in the beginning which is not legal and I proved by going the site of where they told me the

numbers they put down came from. Little did they know that I too can run the numbers and no matter or where I ran from

likw the location the numbers 8000 with my perks the correct to be done came to 88/month. I went back one not telling

I know that they stole the tax of 8% to add to the lease which is quite dumb. I asked them one more time telling that the

lease they wrote is not valid not why just not valid at any time I want I  cam withdraw my signature from the lease

Then I submitted a complant to ther corporate of office who I pay monthly that i had been cheated by their car dealership

when they wrote the lease. I still waiting for that call but i paid November so that I am not in trouble with my payments

and i will continue to pay will determine that this Faulkner is dishonest on any lease that they wrote because the value

of a lease itself is the tax is not include therefore you get a better deal per month than purchasing it through a loan

however the Faulkner must think everybody is stupid and since they wont that the number from them they they the

blame onto Hyundai. But when you go there they havethe paperwork for the lease on site you plug the numbers the

total comes out just like that. Please understand that brings the bad word of a class action suit againd Hyudai after

they just settled however I have no idea how many people or being the tax. All i know is that Faulkner is one of dealers

that is getting 8% of your money and you pay it monthly and never know it. I am very good at his stuff and gave multiple

to redeem their dishonesty and even shjowed sort of where it was and asked them to rewrite but they sais no way.

So nay we have fraud we money laindering we have deceit knowingly criminal charges easy on the dealer and I have no

idea who gets this money and no one knows that it is 8% sales tax and that what will be in philadelphia and in PA 6% so that could change

Again To sum this up I gave them 8000 plus to lease 27880 car that showed in Hyudao site at their dealership to be 88/mo

they showed 125/mo the 8% hidden the first category of the cars worth which they the tax illegally to the lease and

this lease and any lease they did this illegal immoral and criminal. My was 27880 They have Hyudai at 50000 As you

can see some people might be paying alot more than they should. Faulkner multiple dealeraships in PA only God

and I knows how many for how many have benn paying the tax on their lease and during the lease and and the end if the purchase it

The exact truth

AUTHOR: Richard - (United States)

1: advertisement in the internet and nationally in the TV showed in the month on October the Hyndai Elantra limited leased at 69.00 per month for 36 months,

and a down payment with tax and tags of 4000. you now can do the math. Let us stop there. Why Accidentally Libert Mutual upon finally settled with me used a service which showed cars simialr to mine. Three cars came up from True car.com whic is how bought my first car from Doyestown Fred Beans with no problems when i had a bar code with the price without taxes tags and extra. Greatest time to but a car. Going back the three cars were 2 2018 elantra SE which i was not interested and 1 -elantra limited 2017 gues where it was located at Faulkner on the roosevelt blvd.. Not sure if that was true I found a service and paid money to pay for the vin number to see when it arrived and if it was there when i went to them for that exact car for 69/ month and 4000 with tax and tags. Sure enough it was there and stilwas there is december when I rechecked no damage and perfect shape.

This ends the Rippoff as there was no reason to pull the famous trick of saying you dion't have the car hide it to sell the same limited version with the loaded extras. He asked for 11000 in cash plus 4750 in perks for the sum of 15750 to 127.50 for 3 years period. another thing the theif did is Hyundai employees are to show a laminated sheet of all the plans you canhave when you purchase not lease but the fast talker vilated that rule witness by a sales person at fred beans one more theif which was the biggest is after looking over the paper i said i wnted out and i never took the car that night since i had no isurance which i was told from 3 sources that signing the lease but not taking the for ownership stills means they own thecar but that theif forced meinto taking the car and would not take no for the answer His sipervisor lied and his general lied to my face since my car was there the whole time It was  affordable car and it was the same carI had which was recently tolaled in a car accident though i was not driving. I took the internet add into Faulkner and mer with Jonathan in charge of Internet sales. He informed me that no one has that limited vesion in stock anywhere. I was not interseted in any car but the 69.00 car and ot was there That is a bold face RIPP OFF even you can understand

What?

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

While I really tried to understand what you are saying the way you wrote this it is practically impossible.  All I get is something about a lease and some strange tax scheme that is illegal charging you more than you think you should be charged.

One thing I was able to do was pull out some "numbers" out of your report and noticed something very interesting.

Price of the car $27,880
Downpayment $8,000
Monthly Payment $125 x 36 months = $4500
Payoff at end $14,000

If we add all of your payments together we get $26,500, on a car that cost $27,880. Over a 3 year period
this means you have paid about $1380 LESS than the cost of the car was originally.

So please tell us again exactly what is wrong here?
