IDT Energy Inc. Price gouging Newark New Jersey

IDT Energy Inc. Price Gouging:  Electric supplier more than doubles price per kilo Watt Hour  from one month to next.

IDT Price per/KWH from December - January 9.41 per /KWH   Vs.  Price p/KWH January-February  20.035 per/KWH.

While Orange & Rockland's prices remained December- January 10.7 per /KWH, and January -February11.8 per/KWH.

I realize prices flucuate, but this is an absurb exuberant spike.    I  tried to contact IDT for four days.  One time, I was on  hold for over one hour,  trying to get throught to a Customer Service Representative to discuss this.    

Finallly,  I got to speak to a customer service rep,  and she was talking to a manager and was going to adjust the price, but they saw that I discontinued service with them, (since I was having such a hard time contacting them) and they refused to adjust their exuberant price increase.
