Image Warehouse Printer Supplies Oglesby, Illinois

I purchased a toner cartridge on e-BAY from Image Warehouse in January of this year. The discription given for this cartridge is as follows: "You are bidding on a brand new genuine HP C3903A toner cartridge. Brand new and never used. It is NOT refurbished or remanufactured. It is a brand new toner cartridge. This cartridge is from an open box. The cartridge is brand new and in its sealed bag with factory pull tab".

There is another statement thatsays "This cartridge has been inspected by trained professionals to insure OEM quality". Needless to say, when I received the cartridge and opened up the sealed anti-static bag the "Trained Professionals" that inspected the cartridge failed to notice that the pull tab was missing and that the toner powder inside the cartridge was so old that it caked up. Everyone who ownes a laser jet printer knows that you shake the cartridge before you install it in the printer because the toner powder usually settles and compacts.

I immediately e-mailed Image Warehouse - - no response. I tried calling - - mailbox is full. I wasn't wasting UPS charges to send the cartridge back to this jerk only to have him send me another cartridge with caked up toner power. This idiot also sells on Amazon and several other internet businesses.

I think this guy has also found a way to input his own positive feedback on the e-Bay website. Probably has his "Trained Professionals" doing that while their not inspecting toner cartridges.
