Imzz Elite Concepts Jim Liams Waited 6 months for a fairing, only to receive it with poor workmanship in the paint and mount holes that were drilled in the wrong location. Orange California

6 months I waited for my fairing. The majority of which was waiting for paint to cure, apparently Jim has never heard of a heat lamp or heated booth. I was told 4 seperate times within a 3 month period that it would ship within the week. They refuse to answer the phone and rarely return emails claiming they do not have the staffing to answer customers concerns and if the customers would leave them alone, they could get more work done.

When I finaly did receive it , it was painted a completely different color than I had requested, the workmanship was sub par and the headlight/mount holes were drilled in the wrong location. When I addressed the concerns I was told that I was just a bad customer and he had delivered a world class product. This is the rudest, most unproffesional company that I have ever come across. Do yourself a favor and stay away!
