Run By Orazio Darro (ex bankrupt and banned builder for similar reasons in the past) and partner Duncan Patterson.
This "builder" carries out small residential homes in the Brisbane area, they get trades in to get the work done and do not pay the progress claims. When the trades refuse to go back for non payment they hire new trades to come in and finish the work. They then try to backcharge the old trades for the remaining works (even though they never paid them in the first place)
They use loopholes and bullying tactics to make smaller business' feel powerless against them. We personally have tracked down over $180,000 of unpaid bills to local contractors in Brisbane and we are sure that this is going to rise.
The directors of the Business have been living in luxury, purchasing a brand new Maserati and completing very expensive renovations on their own properties.
The actual homes they build may look good from the outside when finished, but a lot of corners are cut with dodgy repairs/cover ups which will definitely impact the buyers in the long term. One house in Hendra has a 10 degree lean on the second story from brand new.

I also used to work for Innovare and have a similar story. Never paid, threatened by the slime ball that is orazio d’arro on multiple occasions. Dodged by Duncan Patterson who disappears at the first sign of conflict like an absolute coward. Highly recommend doing a credit check on creditor watch if you are looking to supply, work or engage with this company. You will see how many complaints and defaulted payments there are. Also look at their QBCC history, we have been working with Brisbane builders for 14 years and have never seen a licence in such a bad state. These guys will go bust soon and leave a trail of destruction , don’t get caught up in it.
