- My husband an i went in to a instant tax to have a pay stub looked at. to get a estimation on our return amount he handed her his check stub and open the flood gates of instant tax hell if you are reading this you know what we are talking about first she did no estimating we didnt get to decide what to do she made up our mind for us before we knew what happen she was forcing us to sign on the dotted line she claimed she couldnt even look at them if i didnt sign the paper she then filed and applied for us a (RAL or LOAN) that we didnt know about.A day later we get a text that said 300.00 had been loaded on the card we asked if she needed our w2 so she could do the taxes that when we found out she had already done them she then to it uppon herself to add a tax credit for my husband and I to the tune of 4000.00 what school is she crazy we got out of school in 1994 and 1996 (IS SHE CRAZY) who told her this was okay, why would she do this we didnt find out until we paid three other ppl to untangel this mess they found first that the first line was wrong she couldnt even get line 1 right. she gave us none of the paper work they cant have you see the fee because ppl would sh*t bricks we then get another text that read 500.00 was loaded to the card .i called her she coukdnt tell us what it was for she then said that it was our money enjoy it.
- something didnt sit well with me so that why I had a 2ed look they found 12 mistakes and she has now quit her job and turned her phone off we now owe the IRS 5000.00 they will not help us they keep stringging us along no one will call us back a scam {IN THE AZZ WITH NO VASALIN} is this the USA can they do this why hasnt the IRS did something they have broke so many laws and cant tell us anything my husband had a heart attack 2 years ago when the ppl fixed our taxes i had take him outside for air he had shortness of breath and wasturning funny colors i was affaid for him i had to finish getting our taxes fixed why wont a good lawyer help all the people that has been misslead law not just shut them down or take job but help inforce the law that are suppose to protect us the tax payer I will not stop until they right their wrongs

You got your nerve to say the things you said and the IRS is on my side and yes Instant tax was crazy for not telling people the truth but yo hands ain't clean either yes you can do taxes but not for long I have been on the channel 13 new 4 times since you did my taxes about this same issue Cat Anderson of the channel 13 news went to bat for me and now the Attorney General and my lawyer is putting together a investigation that is going to rock some ppl foundation and they have to investigate any taxes you did so it won't be long the IRS Is helping me the Attorney General ,Cat Anderson of channel 13 news ,HR block who fix both years of my taxes are on my side They don't want me they looking for you and when channel 13 tried to interview Instant tax they didn't show up twice and they put the blame on you making the Attorney General get involved saying you took file when you left and mine was missing after you quit the new girl gave me all the paper work to help my case they seen i didn't claim any school credit and my husband and i both put none you still added 4.000 in school credits all i had to do is show them i hadn't been in school since 1994 and Anthony since 1996 how many of those will they find so who they looking for did you see the law that said if you knowing put that on my taxes that is a federal offence or don't you know the law watch the new they found lots of your mistakes and then they ran a put you under the bus so time will tell what happens I had my taxes amended and can fix my s**t can you i don't f**k with the feds we on good terms but i think you should call them they sent me all the paper work i needed to help me

THIS REPORT ABOUT ME IS COMPLETELY FALSE!!!! I AM A CERTIFIED TAX PREPARER AND DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY OF THE ACTIVITES MENTIONED IN THIS REPORT. MRS. CARVER AND HER HUSBAND CAME IN TO THE OFFICE AND THIS WAS THEIR SECOND YEAR FILING WITH ME AND INSTANT SO THEY KNEW THE PROCESS. SHE NEVER REPORTED HER INCOME WHEN SHE CAME INTO THE OFFICE WITH HER HUSBAND, I DID IN FACT GIVE HER A COPY OF HER PAPERS AND EXPLAINED WHAT WAS ON THE TAX RETURN BEFORE SHE AND HER HUSBAND SIGNED. THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO GET A LOAN. THEY ONLY GOT MAD WHEN INSTANT TOOK EVERYONE'S STATE RETURNS FOR FEES. I UNDERSTAND THAT BECAUSE THAT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAD HEARD OF THAT EVEN AS AN EMPLOYEE THEY TOOK MY STATE TOO. THAT WAS SHADY TO ME, AND THAT IS WHY I DON'T WORK FOR THEM ANY MORE. SO SINCE INSTANT DIDN'T HELP HER SHE WENT TO THE IRS AND UNLEASHED THEIR WRATH ON HERSELF. NOT MY FAULT. ITS MIGHTY FUNNY HOW SHE CAN BLAME ME BUT I AM CERTIFIED WITH THE IRS STILL, AND DOING GOOD BUSINESS WITH NO ISSUES FROM THE IRS, LAW ENFORCEMENT OR OTHERWISE. SORRY MRS. CARVER BUT IT WAS THE COMPANY THAT STOLE YOUR MONEY AND THE MONEY OF SO MANY OTHERS, NOT ME!!!!
