I have been looking for a new career for 51 days now.. I am always a little skeptical while on the job hunt because of all the horror stories out there. I did my research and I looked up the HR person at In Store and the HR person at FCI too. They are not the same person. I spoke to both of them.

I'm not a website developer or anything but I see no major similarities between either website. Yes, they both use Market Wire News but that is used by thousands of companies, so that's not a huge red flag to me. I looked for the You Tube video for more than an hour and still can't find it.. 

I think it is very unfortunate that competitors put untrue remarks on these sites to discourage consumers and job seekers from using competitor's services. 

Last week, I went in for a first interview. I found the company very attractive. I was lucky enough to be invited back for a second round interview where I actually went to a Best Buy store to see how they do their in store marketing. Yes they work inside Best Buy and the guy who interviewed me (David) introduced me to a couple of the Best Buy managers. It's not a scam..

 It was just an interview that I spent 30 minutes on to see for myself if they were legit. Go see for yourself!

First, I would like to say that the comment stated above about the Better Business Bureau Accreditation being bogus is inaccurate.  If you look at their website (www.bbb.org) under ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CLOSE TO THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE, you will see that our company, In-Store Advantage Solutions was ACCREDITED by the Better Business Bureau on 8/31/2011, but our company was founded in November 2009.  Thus, our company just recently went through the steps to become accredited, but again, we have been in existence since November 2009.

As far as marketing for big companies, we promote DIRECTV and Vizio products inside some of the largest retail chains in the world (i.e. Sam's Club, Best Buy etc...).  Come by any afternoon and see us.

We doubled in size last year, therefore, we continue to post ads and hire people on a consistent basis as we grow into additional stores in the Austin area. 

As for our job application, which can be seen on our company website (www.instoreadvantage.com), you will see that WE DO NOT ASK FOR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION.   If anyone calls asking for your personal information, (i.e.: Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Driver's License Number), they DO NOT REPRESENT OUR COMPANY.  If a position is offered to you, you will then be asked to fill out a confidential employment agreement (IRS FORM W-4), as required by the Internal Revenue Service for employment with any company.
