International Blessing Qwest. Called me and said they were Windows repair-certified and produced FAKE evidence of my computer about to crash Bloomington Minnesota

Asian Indian voice, fake name, said they got distress messages from my computer (how could they get that?), I let them have access and they "showed" me everything that was wrong (fake contrived data), convinced me they could fix for $199 a year.

I believed them and when they were done, things were worse.  I removed any program they installed and had real Windows tech clean up my computer. I realized the same thing had happened to me last year and told my credit card company it was fraud and was refunded.
