This company posts regularly about entry level management positions with little to no experience necessary in their job ads via Careerbuilder, Craigslist, EmployFlorida and Indeed.com. I applied with this company about three weeks ago and received a call from this company about this position and scheduled an interview. However in doing plenty of research and trusting my deep gut instinct (which told me not to trust this company), I declined the interview. The reason I declined the interview were based on these red flag reasons:
1) The HR lady got a little snooty with me regarding the time and day to schedule an interview. Wanted to do it on a day and time that felt compfortable for me, she was pushy and insisted that I do it by this such day because they wanted to make the hiring decisions by this particular day.
2) The website information regarding the account executive position was different then what HR representative stated on the phone. Along with the possible compensation package.
3) Though the website looked professional I found it disturbing that did not give a bio regarding the leadership of the company or anyone from that particular branch office. Another thing disturbing was the photo quality of the members of the team. Pictures looked more like they were taken with either a cell phone camera or a low budget digital camera.
4) After doing more in depth research. There company description and hours of operations sounded very similar to a company named Cydcor. Cydcor has lots of complaints on Rip Off Report as well other complaint sites regarding their fishy door-to-door sales tactics and that they claim to do business with Fortune 500 companies.
5) LinkedIn account regarding International PSI, Inc. did not have a name of the management or leadership of the company either, no bio or background either. To their defense they did have members from HR on there with their pictures and background info respectively posted.
POTENTIAL JOB SEEKERS PLEASE BEWARE, DO EXTENSIVE RESEARCH REGARDING THE COMPANY AND USE PROFESSIONAL COMMON SENSE. DO NOT LET YOURSELF GET CONFUSED BETWEEN SELF DOUBT ABOUT THE JOB ITSELF AND NOT TRUSTING THE COMPANY. TRUST YOUR INTUITION AND DECLINE THE OFFER IF NECESSARY IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR BEING SCAMMED.

There are many things you can do, to fight for your money.
Posting on this site is great, because it warns others not to make the same mistake you did, i.e. working for these people. But you need to also go after your pay! You can start with a complaint with the BBB. They are powerless really, but at least there is another record made of what happened to you. File a complaint with the consumer protection division of your state's Attorney General's Office. Send the company in question a DEMAND LETTER for payment and send it via a trackable method to prove they received it, i.e. certified or UPS signature required. Contact the consumer investigator at your local news-station. They will investigate, try to get payment for you and the story will run on air. The last thing these people want is all the (i.e more) negative publicity. Oh and also contact the labor board in your state. Also, you could consider small claims court. People have successfully sued these D2D operations in the past and won! Ideally, all people owed money and ripped off could band together and fight as one entity.

Is true!
This "company" is using diferents names for the same purpose of SCAM.
They call me this week few times and send me emails few times, with the company name: BlackRock Consultants Inc, but I did a little research and I find that International PSI and BlackRock Consultants, Inc. is the same.
They are using the same address: 500 Winderly Place Suite #200, Maitland Florida 32751, with similar telephones numbers.
They are using careerbuilder to promote their fake jobs, looks pretty and professional but they dont offer real jobs, just door to door sales.
So, be carefull with this people if you decide to do and interview or visit them.

I live in Jacksonville FL, and I was working for Absolute Marketing Solutions, Inc. which is the same company because I met Sarah Ward on my first day at a so called promotion party for another employee. Everything you said is completely right, because I went throgh and am going through the same thing and have filed my own report on here. I wish I had done my research too. they aren't going to pay you and they aren't going to pay me. I just hope more people come forward because we could all file against them. I'm glad we both got out before losing more than we did.
